Partnering with established and young architects we provide limited edition home designs at a reduced design fee. Choose a design that suits your land, and town planning applications can be submitted within a month of engaging us. As we have already completed the initial schematic design stage you save in design fees and time to commencement of construction.
We bring you a range of attractive, designer, lifestyle homes that are effortlessly energy efficient, more sustainable and more healthy for your family. You get the great new home with all the improved natural lighting, heating, spatial, functional, storage and interest benefits of an architect designed home at reduced cost and in reduced time. We truncate the design process to save you financially and in time. Our designs also work at the construction stage – they are completed with the architect and energy rater working together, in conjunction with a builder. We look at sustainability on all fronts to provide a complete package that addresses energy efficiency, water use efficiency, use of reduced embodied energy materials, and materials that are not harmful to occupants’ health. These houses are a development of Urban Innovation Homes – co-ordinating sustainability consultants Low Impact Development (LID) Consulting and the listed designers. The designs are only available through Urban Innovation Homes. We currently have exciting residential designs from renowned architects, and are looking to list more innovative, interesting designs residential designs.
